Who We Are.
We are the National Chapter of Women4Cyber Foundation, launched directly by the European Cyber Security Organisation — on a mission to close the gender gap in cybersecurity.
Our Mission
Women4Cyber North Macedonia exists to encourage, support and promote the participation of women in the field of cybersecurity — by skilling, up-skilling, and re-skilling girls and women towards cybersecurity education and professions.
We believe that a safer digital world starts with a more inclusive one — and that means getting more women into cyber, at every level.
What We Do
🔍 Identify & Link the Community
We build a structured database of women in cybersecurity and connect them through visibility campaigns, social media, print, and networking conferences — raising their voices and amplifying their presence across the region.
📈 Develop & Grow the Community
We create awareness, promote best practices, champion visible role models, and deliver tailored training programmes for entry, up-skilling, and re-skilling. We work to increase the presence of women in cyber education, the job market, Research & Innovation, and cyber challenges and exercises.
🏛️ Shape Local & National Policy
We work to shape local and national cybersecurity policy in line with EU policy and actions — supported by the broader Women4Cyber network across Europe.
🤝 Work & Grow Together
We structure and grow the initiative collaboratively — building a sustainable, inclusive community where every member contributes to and benefits from the collective strength of Women4Cyber.
